SugarBuzz owners cannot be held responsible for any messages posted by members. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents.
All posts are to be constructive and on topic. We have the right to delete or merge any post or thread.
As a common courtesy, we ask that threads not be directed to an individual member. PM's or e-mails are a far more appropriate avenue for personal contact.
We reserve the right to remove any topics we deem inappropriate or disruptive to our community. Please note that, from time to time, topics may be removed for being inappropriate even though your individual post in that topic may have been inoffensive. This does not reflect negatively on you.
Have fun but please keep it positive and polite. We do not censor opinions or ideas on our forums but we do take action against posts and/or topics that could cause unrest in the community beyond a civil and polite disagreement.
You may not make personal attacks on other users or staff members either in public forums or private messages. Should you receive a private message that is harrassing in nature, please notify the administrators or a moderator immediately. Should you be the creator of a harrassing private message, email or post, you will be subsequently removed from the board & all future access will be denied. We will not tolerate unnecessary drama on this board.
We reserve the right to deny membership without refund to any member who violates our guidelines or disrupts our community.
If you have an issue concerning our services, policies, or staff, please use a personal contact method such as a private message or email to a staff member. All moderators and administrators are highlighted in the active members list & in the Moderating Team link at the bottom of the home page. All complaints are taken seriously & we will do our best to resolve them within reason.
Board Rules
1. There will be no excessive use of profanity. Any excessive, un-called for language will be removed.
2. There will be no racial, ethnic, gender based insults or any other personal discriminations.
3. There will be no posts meant to offend or hurt any other member, in a manner which is offensive or inflammatory.
4. Spamming is not permitted; please keep all posts as constructive as possible. Members may not advertise or promote any product or business outside of the "For Sale" area. Any selling or personal promotion posts not in the that area will be considered SPAM and removed.
5. Pornography, warez, or any other illegal transactions may NOT be linked in any shape or form.
6. All posts are property of Sugar Buzz. This forum and all web sites owned in conjunction with this forum have the right to request alteration or deletion of any post. Posts may be deleted for any reason the forum administrators deem appropriate.
7. Pictures may be posted as long as they are not explicit, offensive or copywritten. Links to the above mentioned pictures may not be posted.
8. Any and all posted pictures must be the work of the posting member.
9. Sugar Buzz owners can not be held responsible for copywritten images that are posted by registered members.
10. Any member who is found to have images on their personal website that is the work of another decorator and are knowingly claiming it as their own, will be removed from Sugar Buzz immediately without benefit of refund. Subsequently, if you have posted images on your web-site that are the work of another decorator and your web-site has been identified on Sugar Buzz to alert our members of picture theft, DO NOT contact the Sugar Buzz administration team to demand that the post be removed. If your public web-site contains uncredited images of other's work in an attempt to pass them off as your own in order to increase your cake sales, you are committing fraud & you can be held liable for same.
11. Users may not argue a moderators decision publicly. Any and all complaints directed at a moderator must first address the moderator in question via private message. If the problem can not be resolved, then the moderator and user must send their positions to the forum admin. The forum admin will make or change any and/or all final decisions.
12. Signatures may contain images, but may not be any larger than 300x100. If your signature is larger than the allotted size or is inappropriate, you will be requested to resize or change your image. Signatures may not be rude, offensive or political in nature. Any & all political references made will be removed.
13. Remember to post in the correct forum. Take the time to look at other topics and see where your topic should go. If your topic is placed in the wrong forum, it will be moved by a moderator.
14. If a topic is recognized as being posted in the wrong forum, or if the post is a violation of our guidelines then please contact a moderator via private message or the 'report post to moderator' feature; please do not respond publicly to the member - a member of staff will do what is required upon contact.
15. Linked and locked topics are pruned regularly to reduce page clutter. If you have a question about where your topic went, please PM a Moderator or Administrator before starting a new topic asking where it went, or posting a duplicate of the original topic. We will be happy to provide you with a link to the new location, or a reason why it was locked and/or removed.
Anyone member removed or banned from this board will lose any & all benefits associated with membership.
Violation of any of these rules will result in consequences determined on a case-by-case basis.
